Common Issues
- Store code not showing after installation
Make sure you have completed the installation process fully. Try refreshing the page or reinstalling the app from the BigCommerce App Marketplace.
- Products not syncing
After connecting, it may take a few minutes for your product catalog to fully sync. If products still don't appear after 30 minutes, verify that the data layer is enabled and try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration.
- Connection errors
Double-check that you entered the correct store code. If the issue persists, please contact our support team using the information below.
